She is such an inspirational and motivational coach. She goes above and beyond the call of her job. She has a tender heart for the care of the children and for the Childcare Providers that provide the care for them. Every time she comes to my home or talks on the phone she is so efficient and provides so much helpful information to help make my job better and the best it can be. Anytime I call her she calls back and if she can answer my question she will or if she can't she will get the answer and call me back or direct me where I can go to get what I need.

She makes me feel appreciated and much more than what some may call just a babysitter. She has motivated me to go further in my job and is always excited about my advancements and achievements. Even in the midst of her life suffering she was still available to us. I just wanted to share this with you on her behalf. "Six years ago, I had an opportunity to attend this amazing CDA class through Leaps and Bounds Family Services but life hit me hard. I had a baby, got married, I was diagnosed with non-Hodgkins Lymphoma and I never could take advantage of this program. But the opportunity to participate has come back around full circle and I can receive my CDA. For me, earning my CDA will be a great way to sharpen my teaching skills and stay up to date on the latest developments in early childhood education. I am so blessed. Thank you."
