Recently, three Leaps and Bounds staff members have been certified in Instructional Design. This is a huge accomplishment that consisted of 40-hours of in-person classroom instruction, an additional 40-hour practicum and endless time spent developing 3 new trainings for the ECE Career Center at Leaps and Bounds!
Instructional Design is used as the basis for developing and delivering a host of trainings for early childhood educators, its goal is to create the most effective adult learner experience.
Our agency is very proud of the dedication these women put into becoming certified, and we are eager to see the continued benefits of having in-house Instructional Design Developers.
Thank you Katrina Stewart (left), Julie Lemay (middle) and Paige Henning (right) for being so hard working and demonstrating your passion for our mission to advance an equitable society by supporting early childhood educators who seek to provide the highest quality care for children!

Our current CDA cohort has officially produced the most Child Development Associate Credentials compared to any other! We are incredibly proud of this accomplishment and look forward to celebrating these individuals in August.
