Testimonials & Impact Stories
"This training really showed that you can incorporate science into a lot of different aspects in the classroom. It doesn't always need to be structured or overly planned out. You can classify or observe other aspects. I will try and incorporate the 5 science elements more in my classroom. I found the training engaging because it included practical examples and interactive activities that I can apply with the children."

"I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the opportunity that you have provided us by being our Quality Improvement Coach. Working through self-reflection with you has continued to help improve our practices, even though we maintain a high level, we are continually learning. Sheila, working as a team to understand the indicators has helped support long-term development and success here at Babes. Forming this strong relationship with you has helped build connections, and is helping to create a collaborative learning environment. The teacher's response has been amazing. I have been witnessing AH-Ha moments from the staff and have been thrilled with their motivation. We just can't thank you enough for your continued support."

I love that you guys are giving quality education to impoverished children because education is so important, especially from a young age. The reason why I am sending this email to you guys is because I am happy to see people are making a change in the world and in the long run, will help our world and society. "

"Thank you so so much for the assessment and the parents' conference form that was a wonderful and thoughtful idea to give parents time to think of any specific matters and write down ahead of time, be prepared, and comfortable. All of the training materials were helpful. Thank you so much for letting me be in class and signing me up at the last minute, I appreciate you so much!"

"Yay! I got my CDA, and passed my binder, exam, and observation. I really appreciate all the help from you all -- Renae, Kylah, Ms. Green, and Ms. Debbie -- for helping throughout this journey. I wouldn't have done this without the help and support of you all. Really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. Thank you so much for everything you did for me!"

"Thank you. Sometimes even the most skilled or seasoned teachers need reminders of basic concepts to help us reflect on reframing, explaining, or redefining our why! Intentionality is key and some things are embedded in our practice, and we need to share or elevate our practices."

"Six years ago, I had an opportunity to attend this amazing CDA class through Leaps and Bounds Family Services but life hit me hard. I had a baby, got married, I was diagnosed with non-Hodgkins Lymphoma and I never could take advantage of this program. But the opportunity to participate has come back around full circle and I can receive my CDA. For me, earning my CDA will be a great way to sharpen my teaching skills and stay up to date on the latest developments in early childhood education. I am so blessed. Thank you."
