new Workforce Investment Agency (WIA) program provides you with information, encouragement and
support in achieving your academic and career goals. The year-round
program offers job skills training, leadership development, work experiences, individual tutoring and study skills training, academic and career goal planning, mentoring, and guidance services. Participation in the WIA program will help assure greater success and opportunities in your future.
The program is free to qualified adult youth ages 19-21.

(ESL) ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE
Instruction is provided for those whose native language is not English.
Sometimes referred to as English Language Learning (ELL). ESL classes,
from pre-literacy level to the advanced level, help students develop
speaking, listening, reading, writing, and grammar skills to communicate
effectively in English within their workplaces, communities, and

(GED) GENERAL EDUCATION DIPLOMA PREPARATION
Your GED credential is the gateway to a better future, better job,
better education, better life and a great sense of accomplishment!
Leaps & Bounds GED program will help prepare you to take the GED examination.
You will study the five sub-sections that are covered in the
examination.
