Free
resources and training in your neighborhood to help you provide the
best possible care for your children. These services are made local to
you through the Great Start Regional Resource Center, United Way’s Early Learning Communities (ELC).
Whether you are a grandmother, aunt, neighbor, parent or professional
childcare provider, you are eligible to take advantage of these addi-
tional resources to help you make sure that the children in your care
start school prepared and ready to learn. Your local ELC is managed by a
neighborhood organization that is generally already providing services
to the community, convenient and staffed to assist.
